Enjoy an inspiring and fun evening at Clay & Wine, where you'll have the chance to meet new creative friends!

In a studio with vivid bright and beautiful music, you will be taught the basics of hand craft to create your own unique works with the help of a skilled instructor. You get to try different techniques such as rolling and thumbing different shapes such as saucers, bowls and cups. The creative environment makes it easy to socialize and make new contacts, and the evening tends to be incredibly cozy and atmospheric.

During the evening there are good snacks, and you are welcome to bring your own drink if you wish (BYOB - Bring Your Own Booze).

No prior knowledge required — come and have a great evening filled with creativity and community!

The evening starts in the lounge with mingle and snacks so please come 10 minutes before to get down the laps and get to know the other participants.

This is what you'll learn:

  • Thumb cup/bowl and put on handles

  • Kavla plate/ cheese tray/ candlestick

  • Make a personal touch with choice of glaze

What's included

  • We start off in the lounge with your favorite drink. We offer snacks and non-alcoholic beverages such as sparkling water, tea, and coffee.
  • 1.5 kg of white clay is included (additional clay in various colors can be purchased on-site for 85 SEK/kg).
  • Unleash your creativity in a relaxed and inspiring environment.
  • After the workshop, we’ll take care of finishing your pieces. Everything will be trimmed, refined, signed, glazed in your chosen glaze, and fired twice before being ready for pickup.

Practical information

  • Feel free to bring your own indoor shoes.
  • Wear comfortable clothes – aprons are available to borrow on site. But don’t worry, anything that gets on your clothes washes out :)
  • Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and relax in our lounge before we get started.
